The practice of reflection is relevant in any role but it is especially important for tutors, assessors and quality assurers. This course looks at current research, different models and how we can improve on or adapt these models.
Skills and attitudes that are required for effective reflection are covered as well as the exploration of your own role within a team situation.
Finally you will get the opportunity to complete a ‘spider web’ visual which will highlight the roles within a team you are good at and those that you will need to manage. It provides a great insight!
The course has five mandatory learning checks to help embed what you have learnt.
